Coach others to succeed with the TOP Structure

A TOP Structure Coach is a holistic enterprise coach with a deep understanding of organizational systems, supporting others as they apply the TOP Structure to improve their daily operations, collaboration and strategy. They work with TOP Coalitions all levels of the organisation, including executive management, senior and middle managers as well as experts. Their key responsibility is supporting TOP Coalitions through the TOP Cycle, providing both coaching services and expert advice based on their knowledge of the TOP Structure and previous experience. An Authorized TOP Structure Coach has:

  • An ability to teach, mentor, coach and facilitate individuals and groups
  • Hands-on Experience in at least two of: Technology, Organization and Product.
  • Skills in catalyzing, leading and managing change.

The TOP Structure Coach supports change leaders and their efforts to build TOP Coalitions and run TOP Cycles. They teach TOP methods and patterns and advise the choice of most appropriate tools and patterns. They use their experience to support TOP Coalitions in discovering effective levers for change.

To become an Authorized TOP Structure Coach, you need to demonstrate a deep understanding of, as well as the ability to apply in practice:

Candidates may participate in official TOP Structure Coach cohort learning groups to learn and demonstrate these. Alternatively, if you believe that you meet these prerequisites already, you may present work samples to a peer group of TOP Structure Coaches for review of your expertise.
