TOP Coalition Sync
Coalition Sync Event
At frequent intervals, the entire coalition gathers to exchange information.
The Coalition Sync sets the basis for successful collaboration and minimizes the risks of conflicts, misunderstandings and moving in an unsuitable direction.
Expected Outcome
The key outcome is a common understanding on contributions, upcoming challenges,
next steps and collaboration opportunities.
Frequency
The TOP Coalition Sync Event recurs as agreed by the TOP Coaliation.
Synchronization needs to occur at least weekly. New coalitions might require daily synchronization
until the coalition is sufficiently bonded in their relationships and mutual understanding.
Event Agenda
Like all TOP Structure events, the coalition sync event does not need to follow any specific agenda in order to achieve its purpose. This sample agenda may serve as a guideline for getting started on coalition sync events.
